AGREEMENT

hereby make my reservation for 2008 Beijing Guantong Hotel through Great
Wall Adventure Club. I will be making my payment as soon as I receive
email confirmation from the Club. I understand that my payments are not
refundable. I will make full payment immediately in order to get my
reservation confirmed and locked. I also understand I will have the
chance to make adjustment of my dates for $100 change fee each time before
