Baggage Claim Hall is located at 2nd floor. At its entrance stands a baggage carousel display screen.
You can check at which carousel your baggage is located according to your flight number. Take a cart! It is FREE!

 At Baggage Hall, you can also buy Chinese SIM card or do a fast currency exchange.

Pick up your baggage and then pass the Customs. Then you go through Exit B. You'll see a crowd of welcoming people at the Exit.

Our guide will hold a sign with your name and our logo here to wait for you if you have booked our transfer service.
Please watch carefully. Usually you are moving to the right when you get out of the baggage hall.

If you landed earlier than what was scheduled and can't see your guide, don't panic. Please visit any service counter and ask anyone to help you make a quick call to your guide's phone number. This request should be accepted. Chinese people are very warm to help you out.
