This is the opposite side of Exit B where people are waiting for their guests. You can see a B sign and an elevator. Our guide will hold a sign with your name and our logo here to wait for you if you have booked our transfer service.”

If you landed earlier than what was scheduled and can't see your guide, don't panic. Please visit any service counter and ask anyone to help you make a quick call to your guide's phone number. This request should be accepted. Chinese people are very warm to help you out.
