As our way of saying thank you to our loyal clients from all over the world, the Great Wall Adventure Club Card, our rewards program allows you to save on your next China trip, while also allowing you to enjoy amazing deals, discounts and rates on China tours and hotels. The Great Wall Adventure Club Card is completely free and has no expiration date, and is given upon completion of a Great Wall Adventure Club tour or program. As every Great Wall Adventure Club Card number is unique, you must mention the card number in order to receive a discount. Other amazing benefits of owning a Great Wall Adventure Club Card include:

·         The Great Wall Adventure Club Card guarantees a 5%-20% discount, which is contingent on you tour program during your next trip*.

·         This discount applies to Great Wall hiking, China city tours and package tours. It also applies to your hotel booking in China, as the discount can be as much as 40%**.

·         Priority booking-When you book your next trip on the same date that others are booking, you'll have top priority to hire out our guide and driver.

·         Other benefits include complimentary airport transfer toward your next booking. This will be applied depending on the details of the program you are booking***.

·          Great Wall Adventure Club Card holders will be included in our "Hall of Fame" achievement recognition program.

·         The Great Wall Adventure Club Card is proof that you have successfully hiked the Great Wall of China, one of the seven wonders of the world.

·         The Great Wall Adventure Club Card is transferrable. You can pass the Great Wall Adventure Club Card on to your family member, friend or colleague, who can then use the card’s benefits when planning to visit China.

·         As stated above the Great Wall Adventure Club Card is complimentary and never expires.

Q. What can I do if my tour guide does not give me the Great Wall Adventure Club Card?
A. Sometimes your tour guide may not carry enough cards or has run out of temporary cards. Although this doesn’t happen very often, we'll honor your card benefits as presented even if you don't have a physical card.

Q. Should I keep this card?
A. Yes! It is not as important as an ID or credit card, but you need to go through with your China trip in order to get it, so it is worth keeping. Plus, it is proof you have successfully taken the challenge of hiking the Great Wall, and makes for a fun little souvenir!

Q. How can I request a discount for my next trip?
A. When you are ready to book your next trip to China, or your friend or family member is ready to go, please send us an email from our Contact Us page and mention your card number.

Q. What kind of discount(s) will I receive?
A. It depends on which tour or program you plan on going on. We will guarantee you at the least a 5% discount.

Q. Can I request multiple discounts on my tour, hotel or flights for next time?
A. Yes, you'll get discounts on several bookings! For example, if you travel to Xian and Chengdu next time, you'll receive discounts for tours in both places. This would include tour services, hotel bookings and possible discounts on flights or trains.

Q. How long is this card valid for?
A. There is no expiration. If you visit China again in five years or ten years, you still can use it for discounts.

Q. Can I use it on my third or more future travels to China?
A. Absolutely! It is good for your lifetime. This can be a great benefit for business travelers. For those traveling for leisure, anyone who shows your card (and letting us know the card number) during his or her booking process will receive the proper discounts and benefits.

Q. What other benefits will this card bring to me?
A. As mentioned, we'll offer you a complimentary airport transfer. However, this benefit cannot be combined with the 5% discount on tours. Other benefits include a free consultation on your China travel plan, even if you do not plan to use Great Wall Adventure Club. This can come in handy, for example, in our advice on how to avoid travel scams that are geared towards foreign visitors.
