Registering your arrival online
According to the official website of China’s National Immigration Administration: To further facilitate foreigners traveling to China, starting November 20, 2025, China’s border ports will implement online submission of the Foreigners’ Arrival Card.
If you are unable to complete the online form before arrival, you may scan the QR code for the arrival card at the immigration inspection area upon entering China, use the onsite smart self-service devices to submit the arrival information online, or fill out the paper version of the Foreigners’ Arrival Card.
