Travel to Huanghuacheng
Depart Beijing and reach the Wall above the reservoir.
Ridge walk
Choose a lake-facing stretch matched to your group’s pace.
Camp setup
Walk or transfer to the currently approved overnight area; check tents and sleeping gear.
Dinner and sunset
Eat and enjoy the late light from a safe viewpoint.
Day 2 · Sunrise and return
Morning view
Rise before or around sunrise as weather allows.
Breakfast
Eat and pack the campsite.
Short final walk
Take a brief morning lakeside walk if access and time permit.
Beijing return
Travel back to the agreed drop-off.
