Local knowledge makes a demanding trail more rewarding and helps us plan the route around the people walking it.

Unrestored Wall sections can be steep, exposed and difficult to navigate. A guide helps choose the right path, set a suitable pace and adapt when conditions change, so you can focus on the landscape and the experience.
Along the way, your guide brings the watchtowers and historic defenses into context, points out details you might otherwise miss and helps coordinate breaks and onward travel. A well-paced hike makes time for photographs, questions and enjoying the views.
Local access rules, weather and trail conditions also matter. We confirm your route and assigned guide before departure and discuss the walking demands with your group. Share your fitness level and any concerns in advance so we can plan a suitable experience.
These photographs and names document people who have guided our guests over the years; the roster for your trip will be confirmed separately.
