At the scenic area, the team explains the ascent arrangement, available walking time and final collection point. Mutianyu’s restored ramparts and forested mountain setting make it a popular first introduction to the Wall, though the steps still require effort.
Walk within the agreed time
Explore a suitable section between the towers. A shorter route leaves more time for photographs and rests; a farther climb should allow enough margin to return to the collection point. Cable-car or toboggan choices depend on the package and operating conditions and should be checked before use.
Rejoin the shared vehicle
Meet the group at the confirmed location and time for the return to Beijing. Your confirmation identifies the city drop-off and whether the final journey to your hotel is independent. Meal arrangements and guiding support are listed with the departure details.
