Move from the aircraft to arrivals
Complete the procedures required for your flight and collect your luggage before entering the public arrivals area. Time spent before reaching that area varies, so the airport landing time and the moment you meet a driver should not be treated as identical.
Use the booking-specific meeting details
The transfer confirmation identifies where the driver or representative will meet you. Compare the signs around you with those instructions and have your booking name available. If the meeting point is unclear, contact the team while you are still inside the terminal and describe your precise location.
Avoid switching terminals or leaving for an unrelated pickup area without checking first. A clear location description is more useful to the support team than a general message saying you have arrived at the airport.
Leave for your Beijing destination
Once the group and luggage are together, continue to the vehicle and the address specified in the reservation. Any additional stop or change of drop-off should be discussed with the team before travel.
Planning your visit
Keep a saved copy of your pickup message and contact number. Your final booking instructions take precedence over earlier terminal maps or meeting photographs.
