Confirm that your flight uses Terminal 3
Check the airport and terminal shown in your final flight information. This guide applies to a booked pickup at Beijing Capital International Airport, Terminal 3. A different terminal or Beijing airport requires a different meeting plan, even when the hotel destination remains the same.
Complete the arrival formalities
Follow the airport signs through the procedures applicable to your flight, collect checked luggage and continue toward the public arrivals area. The driver meeting takes place at the location described in your transfer confirmation, rather than inside a restricted passenger area.
Find the agreed meeting point
Keep the arrival instructions and contact number easy to reach. Before leaving the terminal or choosing another transport option, compare your location with the meeting details. If you cannot find the driver, contact the team and describe the exit, door number or other sign visible near you.
Continue to the vehicle
After meeting, follow the agreed route to the pickup vehicle. Check that all bags and passengers are present before departing. The driver then takes you to the Beijing hotel or address named in your booking.
If your flight number or arrival time changes, send the update as soon as it is confirmed so the transfer can be reviewed.
