Send your flight number, travel date, arrival or departure airport and the full hotel address. These details establish the correct route; a flight serving Beijing should never be assumed to use the same airport or terminal as an earlier journey.

For a departure, the hotel pickup time is calculated around the road journey and the time needed at the airport.
