Meet at the cruise terminal
Your route begins with the port named in your cruise documents. Shanghai-area terminals are not interchangeable, and the journey into the city must be included in the sightseeing allowance. Send the ship’s docking details and all-aboard time so the excursion can be built around the actual call.
Walk the Bund
The Bund provides an introduction to Shanghai through the Huangpu riverfront. Take time to look along the historic waterfront and across to the modern skyline. The visit can focus on a manageable section of promenade, with the length of the walk adjusted to your group.
Discover the Old City
Continue toward the Old City and the Yu Garden area. The itinerary distinguishes a visit inside the garden from a walk through the neighboring streets, shops and public areas. Garden admission and operating arrangements are checked separately rather than assumed from a general Old City stop.
Return to the ship
Your guide keeps the excursion within the agreed shore-time window. Lunch, shopping or an additional stop can be considered when they fit the route, but the drive back to the terminal remains the priority at the end of the visit.
Planning your visit
The proposal confirms the terminal, city route, garden admission if included, guiding and planned port return. Share mobility needs before choosing walking sections.
