Day 1: Travel from Shanghai and explore the city
Arrive in Xi’an by the air or rail service agreed for your trip. Meet your guide, have lunch and begin a city route featuring the City Wall, Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Huaqing Palace. The arrival time determines the order and the time available at each place.
For the evening, a dumpling dinner and Tang-style performance can be arranged as options. Check into the Xi’an hotel named in your booking and rest before the next morning’s museum visit.
Day 2: The Terracotta Warriors
After breakfast, travel to the museum for an introduction to the first emperor’s underground army. Your guide helps you understand the formations and the distinctions among figures, while leaving time to observe the pits and displays.
Have lunch after the visit. A Muslim Quarter stroll may be included if your departure allows, then continue to the station or airport for the confirmed return or onward connection.
Air and rail choices change the calendar around these two sightseeing days. In particular, an overnight train extends the journey beyond a simple two-day, one-hotel-night description.
